Book synopsis
While vacationing in the Caribbean to recover from pneumonia, Jane Marple finds herself bored by the monotony of paradise and the endless stories of Major Palgrave. Her interest is piqued when the Major mentions a recurring murder pattern involving a man who drives his wives to suicide—only for the Major to die suddenly before showing her a crucial photograph. Miss Marple must now use her sharp insight into human nature to identify a killer hiding among the colorful hotel guests.

Took a while to get going, then it found its rhythm. Still fine for the price.
