This policy covers digital ebook purchases made through Booklyreads.
All sales are final
Because ebooks are digital products delivered instantly, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is complete and the download link has been issued. Please review your cart carefully before paying.
Download problems
If a file is corrupted, missing, or the wrong title was delivered, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, send a corrected download link or replacement file at no extra charge.
Duplicate or accidental orders
If you accidentally bought the same ebook twice in a single transaction, let us know and we will help sort it out. We cannot refund purchases made by mistake after the files have been downloaded.
